Why mortgage broking and financial advice
BrokViser was created by TaxOz to extend its professional-services support model into the Australian mortgage broking and financial planning industries, two industries with a lot in common: regulated roles, client trust built over years, and a high volume of processing and documentation work that has nothing to do with why a client chose that broker or adviser in the first place.
Document collection, file preparation, lender follow-up and advice documentation all take time away from clients and from growing the business. That work still needs to happen, and it still needs to happen well. It just doesn’t need to happen at the broker’s or adviser’s desk.
BrokViser exists to take on that work under a structure where responsibility is defined upfront: what moves to BrokViser, what stays with your team, and where your approval is required.
