The people behind BrokViser

Vikas has spent over two decades working across the Australian corporate sector, moving through internal audit and management accounting before becoming a CFO.

He later moved into virtual CFO work, collaborating with a wide range of businesses as a CPA. That experience led him to found TaxOz, building an outsourcing model that gives Australian accounting firms and businesses access to skilled offshore talent while keeping local oversight and control.

BrokViser applies that same thinking to mortgage broking and financial planning, giving Australian brokers and advisers a way to delegate specialist work without losing control of their practice.

Rohini is a seasoned HR and client success professional with over ten years of experience within the TaxOz group. She plays a key role in strengthening people practices while ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery for clients.

Working closely with leadership and delivery teams, Rohini helps align talent, processes and expectations across BrokViser's team. Her structured approach, strong stakeholder management and focus on continuous improvement contribute directly to operational efficiency and long-term client satisfaction.

Known for her clear communication and practical problem-solving, Rohini acts as a strong bridge between teams and clients, supporting scalable growth while maintaining service excellence.

Adam is a Business Development Manager with more than five years of experience working with Australian professionals and businesses. He's focused on building genuine relationships, understanding the operational challenges practices face, and connecting them with practical solutions that support capacity, efficiency and sustainable growth.

With a background in Physics, Adam brings an analytical, thoughtful approach to business development, pairing problem-solving with clear communication to understand each client's requirements and build long-term, trusted partnerships.

Outside work, he plays cricket and pickleball, and always picks the beach over the mountains.

Viren is a finance professional with experience across institutional banking, real estate private credit and property advisory. Prior to BrokViser, he worked in real estate private credit and within Commonwealth Bank's Major Client Group, having started his career at Urbis.

At BrokViser, Viren focuses on strategy, client relationships and building scalable support solutions for mortgage broking and financial planning businesses.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from the University of Melbourne and has completed Levels I and II of the CFA Program.

Outside of work, Viren enjoys running, travelling, keeping active and spending time with his Labrador, Nora.

Nora is BrokViser's Chief Morale Officer and arguably the most important member of the team.

Her responsibilities include maintaining team morale, supervising lunch breaks, conducting regular snack audits and reminding everyone to step away from the screen once in a while. She is also a strong advocate for long walks, afternoon naps and an open-door policy for anyone carrying food.

Nora has no formal qualifications in mortgage broking or financial advice, but makes up for it with exceptional people skills, unwavering loyalty and several years of experience being a very good girl.

When she's not keeping the BrokViser team in line, you'll find her chasing a ball, going for a walk or strategically positioning herself near the kitchen.
