Why BrokViser

Delegate the workload. Keep control of your practice.

Four things distinguish how BrokViser actually works. Each one is backed by something you can check directly, not a slogan.

How We Work

Claim, mechanism, evidence

Rather than list principles, here is what each one means in practice and where to see it for yourself.

Built around how you already work

How it works

Before any file work begins, BrokViser maps your existing workflow: your CRM, your templates, your checklists and your review points. Support is built to fit that structure, not to replace it with a new one.

Evidence

See the workflow stages and responsibility split for mortgage broking and financial planning below.

Specialist rather than generalist

How it works

BrokViser's team works exclusively on mortgage broking and financial planning tasks. There is no shared pool covering unrelated industries, so training and file review are built around lender and licensee requirements specifically.

Evidence

Compare the Loan Processing, Credit Analyst, Paraplanning and Adviser Administration service pages for the level of task detail this allows.

Clear lines of responsibility

How it works

Every workflow is split into what BrokViser handles, what stays with the broker or adviser, and where client approval or sign-off is required. This is agreed during onboarding, not left to interpretation.

Evidence

The responsibility diagrams on the Mortgage Broking and Financial Planning pages show this split stage by stage.

Start focused, expand deliberately

How it works

Most practices begin with the single workflow creating the most pressure, for example document collection or paraplanning, and only add further support once that process is working well.

Evidence

This staged approach is set out on the How It Works page.

Quality

How work is checked before it comes back to you

Quality is a defined step in every workflow, not a general assurance.

Standards set before work begins

Checklists and quality standards are agreed in your Workflow Blueprint during onboarding, not improvised once files are already moving.

Checklist-based review

Files and documents are checked against your agreed checklist before they come back to you, not just reviewed for general completeness.

Escalation when something doesn't fit

Anything that doesn't match your standard is escalated to your Service Delivery Lead rather than sent through regardless.

Standards revisited as you grow

Checklists are reviewed and updated as your practice's requirements change, not fixed at the point of onboarding.

Continuity

What happens if a team member changes

Delivery is built around documentation and team structure, not one person's memory.

Work is documented, not memorised

Your Workflow Blueprint and file checklists mean a change in team member doesn't mean a change in how your files are handled.

Team-based delivery

Files are handled by a team assigned to your practice, not a single individual, so your work is not exposed if one person is unavailable.

Structured handover

Handover points between your team and BrokViser are defined in your Blueprint, reducing the chance of a file stalling in transition.

Full Data Security Detail

Who can access my data?

Only the BrokViser team members assigned to your practice, and only once training against your specific processes and standards is complete. Access is not granted by default.

Where does the BrokViser team work?

From the offshore professional-services infrastructure TaxOz has established. Specific site and team detail can be discussed directly during your Discovery Call.

How is access granted?

Deliberately and gradually. Access to your systems is provisioned to what each task in your Workflow Blueprint requires, using the login and permission controls available within your own platforms.

How is access restricted?

By the permissions you set. Most practices start with limited access tied to a single workflow and expand it only as further work is delegated.

How is access removed?

As part of standard offboarding whenever a team member's role changes or an engagement ends, access is reviewed and revoked.

What happens when team members change?

Work is documented against your Workflow Blueprint rather than held in one person's memory, so a change in team member does not mean a change in process. Access for anyone leaving the engagement is removed as part of offboarding.
